1/2/11-My new project, well really my old project started over. The renters in the place trashed it. Carpet (which was brand new) is filthy, 3 windows are broken, a drawer in the kitchen has no front, trash, the door was kicked in...the list is long. Now I get to fix it back up and get it rented again. Fun times!

1/3/11- I woke up, let the dogs out, rubbed my eyes and thought WTF mate? I walked out side thinking it was either cold enough to freeze any rain or it was, well crap it is snow in my back yard. I live far enough east that I usually do not get anything to stick when it does snow. Should be an interesting morning to say the least.
